Deposit Policy

A deposit of 200.00 is expected within 3 business days after you make your choice. We accept deposits in cash in person, United States Postal money order through the mail or paypal +3% fee.

A puppy can not be held without a deposit.

(please do not ask)

Deposits are non refundable, they are good faith notes that you will follow through with your purchase of the puppy, unless the seller deems the situation to fit a refund. If for some reason the pup you put a deposit down on becomes unable to be sold, you will get your deposit back. All pups sold pass our vets health evaluation. Deposits occasionally can be transferred, we consider deposit transfers on pups up to 4 weeks of age.

If we must relist the pup due to non payment you will forfeit your deposit. If we are not able to refund your deposit at our discretion you may apply your deposit to a future pup within 1 year.

Discount Policy

If we have not already put a discount price on a pup and If you purchase a 2nd pup from us from the same liter we offer a 50.00 discount off the main price. (we can also ship two pups together to give you a better deal), if you return as a customer, we will give you 50.00 off a puppy in the future. If you purchase from us and send us a customer we will give you a 50.00 credit!

Payment Policy

Final payments are due as follows

If you are shipping, it is due 1 week prior to shipping (no exceptions), if it is not here by that time, shipping will be delayed. If it is not here by week 8, we will relist the puppy. We accept Cash in person, United States Postal Money Order via mail or Paypal +3%. We do not accept personal checks at anytime.

Pick up - Final payment can be paid when you pick up your puppy - CASH ONLY

We will work with you!

Meet & Greet - Final payment can be paid when we meet UNLESS I am traveling at your expense, then all final payments and travel must be paid one week prior.

Puppy Pack

All puppies come with their tales docked, dew claws removed (done by our vet), and puppy pack,Your pupy will receive a Vet checkup(2-3 times) and health statement, AKC Registration, toy, food, wormer UTD, and first set of shots and Shot record with all information and valuable information.

Puppies come freshly bathed and a puppy cut. If you ship a puppy it will come with a vet health certificate and a crate.

Puppies that are picked up or meet/greet pickup will also receive a care pkg for the puppy and for you. Sorry we no longer can ship anything in the crates except food and water.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates will be determined at the time of sale - to determine if we can ship from Grand Rapids or Detroit.

Shipping is 300.00 (one pup) and it includes health certificate and a crate.

Rates may change and we will check rates when you decide to purchase from us.

Meet/Greet

We will meet you within 45 minutes of our home for free, everything over 45 minues we must charge a fee. We prefer you to come to our home, meet the parents and litter mates and see where your puppy has spent their first couple months.

Boarding Policy

We expect all puppies to be picked up by day 72, unless it is a teacup or vet recommends otherwise. Toy size puppies can be ready to go to their new homes by day 56.

Teacups must stay till they are 12 weeks old.

If you need us to keep your puppy longer than this, please let us know at the time of sale.

Puppies have feelings too and it is not fair to them to be bounced around because of selfishness.

This weigh chart is not an exact science. It is available to give you an approximate size. Normally to confirm an adult weight a puppy will need to be 8-12 weeks of age. Noone can determine weight.
